Useful Documents To Help Build a Written Food Safety System
The following links and documents are to help you build your food safety systems:
- A document describing how to start building a HACCP pre-requisite program of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) can be downloaded here .
- Some government requirements for food safety, as well as Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) documents about building GMP and HACCP programs can be downloaded here.
- The following documents are on a CD that was distributed at the BC HACCP workshops conducted through the FSI program during 2008-2009:

- The following documents were used by companies in the 2007-2008 BC Food Safety Initiative Program for their Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) food safety systems.
