The Competition Bureau has launched an examination of the entire food supply chain called Behind the Price Tag. It is asking about concentration, market power, business practices that make it harder for food companies to compete, and barriers in distribution.
The SSFPA is submitting on behalf of the sector before the July 31 deadline.
This town hall is for all SSFPA members to discuss the Bureau’s questions, share your experiences, and help shape the SSFPA’s submission.
